Title Plans

The Land Registry Title Plan is a document which shows essential information relating to a property. Together with Title Register they are known as Title Deeds. Each Title Plan is a unique document with specific information relating to the specific boundaries of a property

The Title Plan will show; the boundaries of the property to 1.1250 in urban areas, title number, address of the property, and registered owners. The Title Plan may also contain specific information relating to boundaries with enhanced detail showing specific ownership over fences, trees, and access ways. This information may or may not be detailed in the Title Register. It is important when looking for specific information that both the Tile Register and the Title Plan are purchased together.

The Title Plan may also contain details relating to restrictive covenants, for example, information relating to boundaries and rights of way
