Title Register

The Title Register is a document that shows essential information relating to a property. Together with the Title Plans, they are known as the Title Deeds. Each Title Register is a unique document with specific information relating to a specific property.

The Title Register will show; title number, address of the property, and registered owners. Of interest to many is the fact that the Title Register will show the price paid for the property. If the property has been sold since 1 April 2000 a price will be stated. Although it is worthwhile considering that this information has not been verified by the Land Registry and may not represent the full market value of the particular property in question

The Title Register also contains information on loans and mortgages lodged against the particular property. The Title Register may also contain restrictive covenants relating to the general appearance and rights of way
